Prasad Thota

Prasad Thota is currently a Senior Director in Virtual Cloud Networking at OCI, where they lead engineering teams in developing next-generation virtual networking platforms. They previously held key roles at Microsoft, including Principal Group Engineering Manager, where they managed teams responsible for Cloud Voice applications, and contributed to the design of Hybrid Cloud projects. Prasad’s career reflects a commitment to technical excellence, leadership, and fostering collaborative environments, with a strong focus on achieving successful outcomes for both people and customers. They are pursuing dual Master's degrees in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and Physics from the Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning.
