Radheesh Pm

Radheesh PM has extensive experience in customer success and operations, holding significant positions at Oracle from July 2019 to January 2022, including Senior Director of Customer Success Services and Director of Cloud & Connected Services for Global Delivery as well as EMEA & JAPAC. Prior to Oracle, Radheesh worked at CSS Corp as a Manager of Operations, leading a team providing Level 1 & Level 2 infrastructure management for Sun Microsystems customers. Additional experience includes a role as Team Lead for Technical Support Operations at Sutherland Global Services and a Subject Matter Expert position at Wipro BPO. Radheesh holds a degree in Operational Excellence from MIT Sloan School of Management and completed an Executive General Management Programme at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
