Raquel Vitelli is a Principal HR Business Partner for Latin America, bringing extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. They have held various roles, including Principal Talent Advisor at Oracle from 2010 to 2021, where they managed recruitment strategies and the hiring life cycle across Latin America. Prior to this, Raquel worked as a Research Coordinator at TASA Brasil and as an R&S Consultant at Vereda RH, specializing in executive search. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Psychology, as well as an MBA in Strategic and Economic Management of Human Resources from Fundação Getulio Vargas.
