Ratul Ghosh

Ratul Ghosh is an Applied Scientist at Oracle AI and previously worked at Amazon, where they specialized in large language models (LLMs), personalization, recommendation systems, and MLOps. At Amazon, Ratul developed AI solutions that enhanced LLM alignment and robustness, optimized multi-billion parameter models for efficiency, and implemented multilingual recommendations that increased purchase rates significantly. Prior to Amazon, Ratul was a Machine Learning Engineer at Société Générale, where they initiated AI-driven automation in trade finance, significantly reducing processing times and receiving the NASSCOM Top 50 AI Game Changers award. Ratul holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from UC Irvine and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering.
