At Oracle, Richard serves as the EVP and General Manager for EMEA Cloud Infrastructure, overseeing sales, technical teams, and client engagement. During their time at IBM, Richard held roles such as Vice President Worldwide Storage & Software Defined Solution Sales, General Manager of Systems & Technology Group in Growth Markets, and Vice President of World-Wide WebSphere Sales. Richard has a strong background in technology sales and an extensive leadership experience in the software industry.
