Rick Manley

Rick Manley is a principal program manager with a robust background as a retired Green Beret and over 20 years of military service. They have held various leadership roles, including Battalion Operations Warrant Officer and Theater Program Manager at U.S. Indo-Pacific Command, where they directed sensitive activities and strategic operations. Rick earned a Master of Science in Defense Analysis and a Graduate Certificate in Intelligence Operations from the Naval Postgraduate School, and they are currently pursuing an Executive MBA at the UW Foster School of Business.
