Roawen Chen

Roawen Chen currently serves as EVP and Chief Supply Chain Officer at Oracle since October 2025. Prior to this role, Roawen Chen held multiple senior positions at Qualcomm, including Chief Supply Chain and Operations Officer and SVP and COO of Qualcomm CDMA Technologies, from January 2020 to October 2025. Roawen Chen also contributed to Annapuma Labs as a member of the Advisory Board from August 2012 to January 2016 and served as a Board Director at the Global Semiconductor Alliance between December 2009 and September 2012. Earlier in the career, Roawen Chen worked at Marvell Technology, assuming roles such as VP of Manufacturing Operations and General Manager for various business units from November 2005 to August 2012. Educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and the Emerging COO Certificate Program from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
