Robert Grohmann

Robert Grohmann, LL.M. is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the life sciences and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Senior Legal Director at Oracle since July 2025, Grohmann previously held various positions at Morrison Foerster from July 2017 to June 2025, including Counsel, Senior Associate, and Associate. Prior to that, Grohmann was an Associate Attorney at BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT from January 2016 to June 2017, and a Research Assistant at Morrison Foerster in late 2015. Grohmann began his legal career as a Trainee at Clifford Chance, working in both the IP & Technology and IP & Litigation Departments. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Intellectual Property Law from Cardozo School of Law, as well as multiple bar examinations and law degrees from various institutions including the University of Potsdam and the Freie Universität Berlin.
