Ronette Simcox is an accomplished accounting professional with thirty years of corporate accounting and financial reporting experience, including over twenty-five years in management. They have led accounting and finance departments and are currently a Senior Manager specializing in Merger & Acquisition Accounting at Oracle, overseeing numerous acquisitions and integrations. Previously, Ronette served as a Director of Financial Reporting at Knowledge Learning Corporation and held various consulting roles, demonstrating strong leadership and analytical skills throughout their career. They earned both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from The University of Montana.
