Ryan Hartley has extensive experience in the data center and electrical engineering sectors. Beginning as an Electrical Site Engineer at Anord Mardix from October 2012 to April 2014, Ryan then served as IBX Supervisor at Equinix EMEA from April 2014 to November 2021. Following this role, Ryan took on the position of Critical Facilities Shift Lead at NTT Global Data Centers from November 2021 to September 2025 and is currently the Data Center Manager at Oracle, a position held since September 2025.
