Ryan Mills

Ryan Mills is the HR Senior Director for the Middle East, Africa, and Turkey at Oracle Corporation, where they lead a team of HR Directors across 16 countries responsible for comprehensive HR activities. With a strong background in international technology firms, Ryan has expertise in organizational design, mergers and acquisitions, employee relations, and talent management. Prior to their current role, they served as the HR Director for EMEA Applications and held various HR positions at Oracle and Zendesk. Ryan is pursuing a BA (Hons) in Human Resource Management with Psychology at the University of Portsmouth.
