Sam Lin

Sam Lin, PT, MHA, FACHE, PMP, CPHQ, currently serves as the Director and Lead Health Network Strategy Executive at Oracle since October 2022. Sam is also an Adjunct Professor at Hofstra University, teaching Population Health Strategies and Management for Health Care Administrators. Previous leadership roles include Immediate Past President and other executive positions at Healthcare Leaders of New York from 2016 to 2022, and strategic operational positions at Stony Brook Medicine focusing on population health and business development. Sam's earlier experience includes managing fiscal affairs for the OCA–Asian Pacific American Advocates and working as a Physical Therapist at The Shield Institute. Sam holds a Master of Health Administration from Hofstra University and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy and Exercise Science from the University at Buffalo.
