Saurabh Mathur is a strategy and transformation leader with over 20 years of experience, having held significant roles at prestigious firms such as McKinsey & Company and KPMG. From 2016 to 2022, Saurabh served as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey, leading strategy and organizational engagements across the Middle East. Prior to that, they were an Associate Director at KPMG, focusing on HR consulting and organizational effectiveness in Qatar. Saurabh currently holds the position of Director of Business Operations & Strategy for Oracle Applications in MEA, Central and Eastern Europe, and was recently appointed Director for EMEA Strategic Clients at Oracle. Saurabh earned an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Delhi.
