Setareh Gable

Setareh Gable is currently the Vice President of Global Incentive Compensation at Oracle, a position they have held since 2020. Prior to this role, Setareh garnered extensive experience in database management and business operations at companies including Abbott Laboratories, American Airlines, and MPSI Systems. Setareh's career at Oracle began in 1998, progressing through various roles in management and finance until their current position. They earned an M.B.A. in Business Management from The University of Dallas and a B.S. in Computer Science from The University of Tulsa.
