Shashikanth Bhat

Shashikanth Bhat has been with Oracle since August 2001, currently serving as Senior Director for Oracle Applications Labs, focusing on global Education applications and HR data management. Previous roles at Oracle include Director and Group Manager, where Shashikanth built teams for Education applications development and managed operations across multiple countries. Prior to Oracle, Shashikanth worked at NIIT from January 1996 to July 2001, eventually leading a team of trainers for corporate training solutions and managing technical operations of training centers. Educational credentials include an Advanced Honours Diploma in Computer Science from NIIT and Bachelor's Degrees in Law and Business/Commerce from Mangalore University, along with further studies at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
