Sheri Woolbert

Sheri Woolbert is a customer programs executive with over 20 years of experience in project management and organizational leadership. They have led high-performing teams to implement best practices in global customer programs and were selected by executive management to develop strategies for program adoption across the enterprise. In their previous roles at Oracle Corporation, Sheri managed strategic customer satisfaction surveys and launched initiatives that significantly improved customer loyalty and retention. Sheri holds a B.S. in Computer Science from California State University - East Bay and is currently pursuing additional degrees in Computer Science from Smith College.
