Shivani has extensive experience in cloud operations and support, beginning career at Amazon from October 2017 to June 2018, where roles included Cloud Support Associate II, Cloud Support Associate I, Cloud Support Engineer, and Cloud Operations Manager across various domains such as Linux, Networking, and Database. Prior to Amazon, Shivani worked at Sapient Global Markets as a Trainee QA and progressed to Associate QA L1 and Associate QA L2 from January 2015 to July 2015. Currently, Shivani serves as the Manager of Cloud Operations at Oracle since June 2025.
