Silas Haysom

Silas Haysom is an experienced professional in design and user experience, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Oracle since June 2018. Previously, Silas held positions at Aconex as Team Lead and Senior User Experience Designer between October 2015 and June 2018. Silas co-founded RoomRanger, focusing on UI and UX design as well as Agile product development from June 2013 to September 2015. Earlier experience includes leading the design team at Intranet DASHBOARD, where Silas acted as Product Owner for Agile projects from August 2008 to December 2014. Silas began a career at The ADWEB Agency and Intranet DASHBOARD from February 2000 to August 2008, working as a Senior Creative Developer and Creative Developer/Web Designer. Silas holds a Bachelor of Science in Multimedia from Swinburne University of Technology and a VCE with a focus on Graphic Design and other subjects from Billanook College.
