Simon Instone

Simon Instone has extensive experience in the technology and healthcare consulting sectors, holding various leadership roles across multiple organizations. From July 2005 to May 2008, Simon served as Managing Director of Instone Consulting Ltd, focusing on measurable business benefits from technology investments. Prior roles at Oracle included Director of Customer Value Services and EMEA ERP Strategy Director, where responsibilities involved providing consulting services and developing healthcare solutions. As the Director and Founder of Cobraco Business Services Ltd from June 2014 to February 2016, Simon directed initiatives aimed at improving the healthcare sector. Additional experience includes positions at CGI, Bass PLC, Ascom Wireless Solutions, and expertise in project management within the NHS. Academically, Simon holds a First Class Hons in Civil Engineering from the University of Surrey and a Master’s Degree in Health Informatics from UCL.
