Simon Johnston is a Senior Strategic Consultant on the CX Adoption Team at Oracle, where they advise some of the UK's largest brands on CRM strategies. With extensive experience that includes roles at Kandi Media, Responsys, Auto Trader, and The Chartered Institute of Marketing, Simon has developed a strong expertise in cross-channel marketing, particularly in the B2C sectors such as fashion, retail, and travel. Simon holds a BA Hons in Graphic Design from Bath Spa University and a CIM Professional Diploma in Marketing from the Oxford College of Marketing.
