Sohaila Hashimi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in application and cloud services excellence. Currently serving as Vice President of Application Services Excellence at Oracle since June 2020, Sohaila previously held the role of Director of Proactive Services at Palo Alto Networks and spent nearly 18 years at Cisco in various managerial positions including Senior Manager of Advanced Services and Customer Relationship Manager. Sohaila's expertise encompasses high-touch support for enterprise accounts, proactive service management, and operational excellence, supported by a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from San Jose State University.
