Spencer Wan

Spencer Wan is a Senior Corporate Counsel at Oracle, where they currently provide legal expertise. Previously, Spencer served as a Managing Associate at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, representing clients in complex litigation matters. Spencer began their legal career as a Legal Assistant at the Law Offices of Robert Viefhaus and later gained experience as a Summer Associate at Bingham McCutchen and as a Legal Intern at the San Francisco Public Defender's Office. Spencer earned a Juris Doctorate from Columbia University School of Law and holds a B.A. in Business Economics from the University of California, Irvine.
