Stalin Subbiah

Stalin Subbiah is a transformational leader and technology enthusiast with extensive experience in delivering large-scale data platforms. Currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering for the Oracle Cloud Platform, Stalin has built high-performance teams across the US, APAC, and EMEA regions. Previously, they led a team of over 80 engineers at PayPal, managing one of the world's largest OLTP platforms while driving significant improvements in data scalability and availability. Stalin holds a Master's Diploma in Software Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, both with distinction.
