Steve Olsen is an accomplished engineering manager and co-owner of Snow Shack Media, currently leading teams in software development and project management. With experience spanning over three decades, they have successfully managed local and multinational teams in complex embedded software and hardware development, specializing in VoIP and Wireless Backhaul projects. Initially a member of the technical staff at Lucent Technologies/Bell Labs, Steve honed their skills in software development, focusing on ISDN Call Processing features. They hold a Master’s degree in Computer Science from DePaul University and have led engineering teams at notable companies including Carrier Access, Cisco Systems, and Oracle.
