Steven Reagan is a seasoned Global Network Operations Leader with over 15 years of experience in network management and incident response. They currently serve as the Sr. Manager of the Global Network Operations Center at Oracle, where they oversee a large team and handle high-severity incidents for strategic customers using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Previously, Steven held various positions at Amazon, where they achieved significant operational improvements and cost savings. They also owned S. Reagan Media & Technology and worked as a Network Technician at Amador County Unified School District, demonstrating a consistent commitment to enhancing network capabilities and client support throughout their career.
