Sugata Kar

Sugata Kar is currently an HCM Principal Consultant at Oracle, where they focus on end-to-end implementation and support projects, as well as team management and client training. Sugata's extensive experience includes previous roles as an HCM Consultant with organizations such as Evosys and KBACE, where they worked on Oracle Fusion HCM and various client support initiatives. They began their career with a brief internship in HR at Gennova Biopharmaceuticals. Sugata holds a BSc in Computer Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University and an MBA in Human Resources from the Maharashtra Institute of Technology.
