Tiger Zhao has extensive experience in data center operations and project management, holding prominent positions at multiple leading technology companies. From September 2006 to December 2014, Tiger served as a Senior Program Manager at Microsoft. Prior roles include Data Center Operation Manager and Project Manager at Siemens China, where significant projects such as SAP storage upgrades were successfully delivered on time and within budget, and IT Engineer at Ericsson and Cisco-Eagle, focusing on network operations and system maintenance. More recently, Tiger has been the Director of Operations - Datacenter at Chayora from October 2020 until December 2024 and currently occupies the position of Director of Datacenter Operations at Oracle since December 2025. Additional leadership experience includes overseeing project management teams at Dentsu Aegis Network and managing datacenter builds and scaling at Amazon Web Services.
