Timothy Barker

Timothy Barker is currently the Director of Communications Cloud Service Reliability Engineering & Operations at Oracle, where they lead initiatives that prioritize operational excellence and customer success through Agile, DevOps, and ITIL practices. With over three years of experience at Oracle, they have optimized processes for Cloud-Native Communications SaaS/PaaS solutions. Timothy previously held various positions in communications management and engineering, including roles at the United States Air Force and Cisco Systems. They also served as Associate Faculty at the University of Phoenix and an Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Colorado Boulder. Timothy holds multiple degrees, including an MS from the University of Colorado Boulder and another MS from Central Michigan University.
