Todd Spraggins

Todd Spraggins is an experienced technology and business strategist currently serving as the Strategy Director for the Communications Global Business Unit at Oracle since May 2010, where responsibilities include overseeing M&A, GTM, IoT, 5G, Real Time Communications, SaaS, and Cloud Technology consulting. Prior to this role, Todd held significant positions, including Senior Principal Product Manager at Oracle Communications and Senior Director of Technology at Genband. With a robust history at Nortel encompassing various leadership roles in Carrier Networks, Todd also contributed as Chairman and President of the Communications Platform Trade Association. Beyond the corporate sector, Todd has experience in property development through TEN Development and served as an Executive Officer in the United States Army Reserve. Todd's educational background includes a BSE in Computer Engineering and Mathematics from Tulane University and an MS in Telecommunications from Southern Methodist University.
