They have held various leadership roles across multiple organizations, including Head of Technology at Oracle Consulting Services and Oracle Practice Director at CGI, where they oversaw significant teams and drove strategic business outcomes. Tom's expertise encompasses the full Oracle stack, particularly focusing on cloud technology, security, digital transformation, and analytics. Previously, they earned a Master’s degree in Computer Science from The University of Manchester and are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Coventry University.
