Tom Dukes

Tom Dukes is currently the Managing Counsel for Privacy & Security Legal at Oracle. With extensive experience in data privacy, cybersecurity, and emerging technology, Tom has previously served as General Counsel at SafeGuard Cyber, a Professor of Law & Public Policy at the University of Virginia, and held senior roles at the U.S. Department of Justice and U.S. Department of State. Additionally, Tom retired as a Brigadier General from the United States Air Force and has held positions in academia and as a cybercrime prosecutor. They hold a law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law.
