Tom Thompson

Tom Thompson is currently a Senior Technical Program Manager at Oracle, where they manage deployments and expansions of data center infrastructure across EMEA. Tom has previously served as a Data Center Technician at Equinix, focusing on preventing data center downtime and supporting customer IT infrastructures. In addition, Tom has experience as an Account Manager at Serious Sport Group and a Critical Facilities Technician at Equinix. They began their career as a Technical Account Manager Apprentice at Microsoft and have held various customer-facing roles, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction and continuous learning.
