Trent Brown

Trent Brown has extensive experience in sales and marketing, particularly within the Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) sector. Brown served as Director of Channel Sales - Managed Service Partners at Oracle from August 2021 to December 2022 and previously held the role of Channel Sales Director for the Southwest Region. Prior to Oracle, Brown worked at Ribbon Communications as Sales Director - Strategic Channel Accounts and held significant roles at Avaya and Nortel Networks focusing on product marketing and sales management related to VoIP protocols. Brown began a career in sales as a Strategic Account Manager at Global Knowledge. Academically, Brown holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University and an MBA in Management from The University of Dallas.
