Twyla Devlin

Twyla Devlin has extensive experience in Human Resources spanning over three decades. During tenure at MCI Corporation from February 1994 to February 1999, Twyla served as an HR Generalist, addressing EEO and HR-related issues, consulting with managers and employees on HR policies, and managing personnel transactions within the HRIS.
