Valen Yan

Valen Yan is a motivated Chartered Accountant currently serving as the Assistant Financial Controller at Oracle within the Global Controller Organisation. In this role, Valen manages the month-end close process, oversees balance sheet reconciliations, and participates in mergers and acquisitions activities. Previously, Valen worked as an Audit Assistant Manager at PwC in Dublin, where they gained extensive experience auditing a variety of investment funds under IFRS, Irish GAAP, and US GAAP. Valen also holds experience from PwC's Boston office and has provided statutory and management accounting services across multiple sectors in Ireland.
