Vali Biris

Vali Biris is currently the Director of Cloud Operations at Oracle, where they oversee ITIL Process Management functions and Service Management delivery for the Europe region. Previously, Vali held various roles at Nokia, including Incident Manager and Process Management Stream Manager, contributing to the Managed Services Blueprint. Vali also worked as a Sales Engineer at EE Test SA, promoting products and expanding client portfolios. Their career began as a Community Manager for Travian Games, where they managed community interactions and team activities. Vali earned a Bachelor's degree in Computing and Information Technology from Universitatea Politehnica Timisoara.
