Vali Sorell

Vali Sorell is a Senior Data Center Design Engineer at Oracle, bringing over 35 years of design experience, with a focus on mission-critical projects in the last 20 years. Prior to joining Oracle, Vali held key engineering roles at companies including Microsoft, Glumac, and Syska Hennessy Group, where they led innovative designs in critical facilities. Vali has also contributed to the industry through involvement in groups like ASHRAE and has published work promoting best practices. They earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Columbia University and a B.Sc. in Genetics from McGill University.
