Wayne Harding is currently the VP Global Consulting Delivery for Restaurants & Loyalty at Oracle, a position held since 2025. With previous experience as a Senior Director for Global Enterprise Programs in Food & Beverage and Loyalty at Oracle, Wayne also served as Customer Director at Tourvest Retail Services in 2020. Prior to their role at Oracle, Wayne founded and directed Ahoy Consultancy Services Ltd from 2013 to 2020 and worked as a Logistics Officer in the Royal Navy from 2001 to 2012. Wayne obtained a foundation degree in Maritime Studies from the University of Plymouth between 2008 and 2010.
