Wei Gao

Wei Gao is an accomplished software engineering leader with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at Oracle since June 2018, Wei Gao focuses on building Oracle Cloud Generative AI Service, having previously developed Oracle Cloud AI Vision services and the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Load Balancer Service. Prior experience includes roles at Microsoft from September 2009 to June 2018, where Wei Gao contributed to the development of the Azure Compute Platform and the Skype/Lync media communication stack. Wei Gao holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Tsinghua University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Nanjing University.
