Will Harper has over 20 years of experience working with PC and UNIX systems and networking, primarily in support roles as a private consultant and support manager. They currently serve as a Principal Support Engineer at Oracle, focusing on resolving complex network issues for the Backline NAS team while also leading training and knowledge creation for NAS product lines. Previously, Will held positions as a Backline Support Engineer at Sun Microsystems, a Senior Support Engineer at Procom Technology, and a Technical Support Supervisor at CSS Laboratories.
