Will Scelzo

Will Scelzo is an accomplished executive with extensive experience spanning over two decades in technology and business development. Currently serving as Vice President of the Strategic Initiatives Group and Chief of Staff for the Strategic Clients Group at Oracle since August 2004, Will is a key leader driving strategy and transformation for the global field organization, overseeing sales operations and cross-functional collaboration. Previously, Will held the role of Vice President of Business Development at Oracle, where responsibilities included launching a business development strategy for a major product group. Prior experience includes co-founding ShareALot, Inc. as COO, focusing on digital media sharing solutions, and co-founding BizGenics, Inc., where as VP of Product Management, Will led efforts to reposition the company. Early career experience includes serving as Extrusion Manager at Sealright Company, Inc. Will holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Master's in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
