Winnie Luk

Winnie Luk is a highly experienced professional in global trade compliance and export classification with over three decades of expertise. Since February 2010, Winnie has served as the Director of Global Export Classification at Oracle, following a successful tenure at Sun Microsystems from 1993 to 2010, where the role held was Senior Export Compliance Manager. Winnie holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from Stanford University, an M.B.A. from San José State University, and a B.A. in Political Science from Wellesley College.
