Xiaoming Nie

Xiaoming Nie is currently a Principal Technical Support Engineer at Oracle, having previously held positions at Genband, Verizon Communication, Acme Packet, and Nokia Siemens Networks. With extensive experience in troubleshooting and system integration within VoIP and telecommunications, they have developed a strong proficiency in various technologies including Linux, Solaris, and multiple database systems. Xiaoming holds a Master’s degree in Telecommunications System from Northeastern University and is pursuing another Master’s in Mechanical Manufacturing & Automating from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Their expertise also encompasses functional and performance testing, as well as customer support across multiple technical platforms.
