Ying Loong

Ying Loong, Chin, has extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as Regional Managing Director for ASEAN and SAGE at Oracle since October 2008. Previously held roles at Oracle include Vice President for Cloud Platform and Oracle Fusion Middleware, demonstrating a strong leadership track record in the region. Prior to Oracle, Ying Loong was Vice President at Siemens PLM Software and served as Regional Director at Autonomy Systems Asia Pacific Pte Ltd. Experience also includes roles as Sales Manager at BroadVision and Account Manager at Digital Equipment (an HP/Compaq company). Ying Loong began a career in sales at Netband Technology Singapore Pte Ltd before earning a Bachelor of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore in 1993.
