Vinay Dhar

Vinay Dhar has a long and varied work experience. Vinay began their career in 1999 as a Product Manager at EHPT INDIA PVT LTD. In 2001, they moved to the USA to take up the role of Senior Solution Specialist at Ericsson. In 2006, they joined IBM India as a Principal Consultant. In 2005, they joined Microsoft as a Sales Specialist, Communication sector, India. In 2007, they returned to Ericsson as Director, Sales and Business Development, Multimedia & System Integration. In 2010, they assumed the role of Head- IoT and Emerging Business, Market Area Europe and Latin America, Vice President, Customer Unit Industry & Society/IoT, Region Northern Europe & Central Asia, Vice President, Sales & Engagement Practice Excellence Head, Sales & Marketing, and Vice President, Multimedia & System Integration. In 2020, they joined Mavenir as SVP Business Development, Emerging Business. In 2016, they Co-Founded Orahi - for People on the move and served as CSO and Board Member. Currently, they are Head of Digital Business at CONSAT since 2022.

Vinay Dhar's education history includes 10th class from Burn Hall School, Srinagar, J&K (1980-1987), Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from National Institute of Technology Karnataka (1989-1993), MBA in Marketing and CFA from IBS Hyderabad (1995-1997), and Executive Leadership training from Columbia University (2012-2013).
