Marcelle Dutton

Marcelle Dutton serves as the Coordenadora de Compliance at Órama Investimentos since October 2018, overseeing compliance activities, policy development, training, and regulatory audits. Previously, Marcelle held the position of Gerente jurídico at Um Investimentos S.A., managing the legal department and providing consulting on regulatory compliance, litigation, and contract analysis. Earlier experiences include roles as an advogada at ICAP Brasil, where Marcelle specialized in contract management in accordance with financial regulations, and as a legal assistant at various firms and public offices, focusing on civil litigation and legal assistance. Marcelle holds a Graduate degree in Law from Estácio, a Master of Laws (LLM) in Corporate Law from Ibmec, and completed a professional development program at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul.
