Oramai Studio is an AI-powered architecture idea lab, that combines human-led design with AI-driven spatial analysis to deliver stronger outcomes on complex sites. 

We work across the full RIBA stages, from refurbishments, conversions, early feasibility and masterplanning through to planning submissions and delivery. Our strength lies in how we start: using AI to test options rapidly, challenge assumptions earlier, and build confidence in the design direction before constraints harden. 

AI accelerates insight, not authorship. Strong design ideas and critical spatial intelligence remain at the heart of good placemaking, technology helps us explore more possibilities and move with greater clarity and speed.

Led by ARB-registered architects with over 40 years of combined experience across housing, regeneration, and complex urban, suburban and rural projects, we've delivered schemes ranging from five homes to over 2,000, taking them from concept through to planning approval and beyond. 

We work on our own projects and collaborate closely with architectural practices, developers, and public bodies—often stepping in where sites feel stuck, briefs are complex, or timelines are tight. 

Our services include Research & Innovation, concept design, masterplanning, feasibility studies, planning submissions, BIM development, and AI-enhanced spatial analysis delivered with the rigour and precision that planning authorities and clients expect.
