Bayan Alali

Bayan Alali is a dedicated Capacity Building Manager with extensive experience in nonprofit humanitarian organizations across Turkey, Lebanon, and Syria. Over the past eight years, they have held various positions including Protection Coordinator at Shafak Organization and Education Program Coordinator at EID CHARITY. Currently, Bharat works as a Protection Specialist for a humanitarian organization and as a Capacity Building Program Manager for Orange Organization. Additionally, they have a background in teaching English, having taught in area schools from 2007 to 2012. Bayan holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature from Damascus University.
