Kees Hooft

Kees Hooft is a Partner at Orange Clover, where they specialize in finance-related advisory services encompassing various aspects of corporate finance, project finance, and financial restructurings. With extensive experience as a finance lawyer at Loyens & Loeff, Kees was also a co-head of the Islamic finance team and involved in significant M&A transactions. They served as Vice-president of the banking committee at Union Internationale des Avocats from 2010 to 2012. Kees is currently a guest lecturer at both Universiteit Utrecht and Nyenrode Business Universiteit, where they teach on financing aspects of M&A transactions. Kees holds a law degree from Utrecht University and an Islamic Finance Qualification from the Securities & Investment Institute.
