Afef Belhadj

Afef Belhadj is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as Vice President of the Group ITN&Data job lines at Orange since June 2021. In this role, Afef anticipates job and skill evolution within the Innovation domain and develops action plans to address the needs of the ITN & Data job line across Group governance. As Director of Orange Labs Tunisia since October 2015, Afef manages an international center of 150 engineers, focusing on the engineering, development, and support of Orange platforms and services. Previous positions include senior management roles at Orange Tunisie and Tunisiana, where responsibilities ranged from integration and validation of IN platforms to implementation of marketing strategies.
